Citrus Ornge: Absolutely thrilled to be recognised by the IAB UK for being a performance marketing, technology & publishing business that creates employment opportunities for ex-offenders and those recovering from addiction. Our key partner Pavilions is the primary drug and alcohol treatment service in the area and the embedded IPS team, managed by Dr Rob Robinson, is service that is part of a national trial of IPS (Individual Placement Scheme), funded by the Department of Work and Health and run by Public Health England. They use the IPS model, which seeks to rapidly skills-match people to open market roles, to support their clients into employment that is meaningful to them. An important aspect of their work is developing links with employers like Citrus Ornge and it was a natural fit to work together and their team is always looking for businesses who would like to contribute to the welfare and development of those recovering from addiction.
